Pixelverse receives $5.5 million in funding to bring Web3 games to the world
Pixelverse, the emerging entertainment studio and gaming ecosystem, has closed a round of funding led by top VC funds and well-known founders from the gaming and Web3 space. A total of $5.5 million was raised to fund the growth of the Pixelverse gaming ecosystem, which has attracted more than 15 million users in its first month of operation.
Major investors include Delphi Ventures, Merit Circle, Mechanism Capital. Bitscale Capital, Ghaf Capital, Big Brain Holdings, LiquidX and Foresight Ventures also participated in the financing, and angel investors include The Sandbox founder Sbastien Borget, Luca Netz, Dingaling, DCF GOD, Grail and James Kwon.
The venture funding comes at a time of record growth for Pixelverse, whose mission-based cyberpunk browser and Telegram game now has more than 15 million registered users and more than 5 million daily active users.
